To respect the time of all clients and ensure smooth scheduling, the following policy applies to all makeup services: Appointment Changes & Cancellations • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or make changes to an appointment. • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a charge. No-Call / No-Show Policy • No-call, no-show appointments are strictly prohibited. • Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service price. • Future bookings may require full payment upfront. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. • Excessive lateness may result in a shortened service time or appointment cancellation at the artist’s discretion, with full payment still required. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
